What defines an influencer partner?

We collaborate with modern-day go-to women and brands that use social media as a platform to communicate about what’s trending and inspire engaged audiences. We focus on building connections with creators, artists, pioneers, designers, thought-leaders, innovators, mentors, and difference-makers.

What is pOp for purpose™?

pOp for purpose™ is our new social impact initiative. It will be our twice-yearly, purpose driven collection designed to give back to causes our company and community supports. By partnering with impactful organizations and creating and curating products you’ll love, we create commerce that drives change.

My order is a gift. I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are often gifts. Our items do not contain price tags – we want to keep the packaging simple, beautiful, and intact. However, your order receipt with pricing will be included in the email form to the email address that you provide on your order.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final (but trust us, you’ll love it!). Due to the limited quantity and pop-up nature of our platform, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

I don’t need it delivered on a specific day, just by a specific day. What then?

If that’s the case, let us know in the notes what the occasion is (birthday, anniversary, etc.), and we’ll add our custom-designed “DON’T OPEN UNTIL ____” sticker to the front of their package.

My order says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

Have them take a good look in and around their backyard/front yard/lobby/etc. and even with the neighbors — there’s a good chance it’s somewhere. If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, our team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling our carrier partners UPS and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately, this is a rare situation that’s out of our control and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a UPS carrier claim, and we’d be happy to do the same on our end!

The delivery of my pOpply order was unsuccessful. Now what?

We’re here to help and will call our carrier partners  (UPS, FEDEX, and USPS) to help track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we’re happy to get our friends at UPS involved to try and solve the mystery and get your order delivered as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve, we will work to get you out a replacement or issue a credit.

Do you offer a pick-up option for local customers?

Not at this time, sorry!
