Does pOpply® ship as shown?

We pride ourselves on the most beautiful, yet safe packaging possible. We understand that you may be purchasing for gifting and we take that all into consideration as we make our choices in packaging and supplies. Extra padding will be added for shipping purposes and each product will be individually packaged for shipping. Before gifting, you may choose to unpackage and reset if you would like.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take 3-7 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it’s going. If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 12p EST the same business day, otherwise, they will be fulfilled the next business day. If you selected international shipping, the order will ship either via Standard or Express, depending on which option you opted for.

Our warehouse ships Monday–Friday, 9a–5p EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays, but during PEAK seasons/holidays, the warehouse will run on Saturdays to help better serve you. Please note UPS does not pick up on Saturday so this time in our warehouse is spent packing and preparing to speed us up all around.

RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on each individual order by weight and destination in the contiguous USA and Canada. You will be informed of your shipping cost prior to final check out.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the contiguous USA including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Canada. If you don’t see your country listed, we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, so email hello@popplyshop.com if you need help and we’ll see what we can do!

How does international shipping work?

As long as you are shipping to the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska or Canada you can choose from either Express or Standard international shipping. We ship with all duties and taxes prepaid to avoid any issues at customs, so the recipient just gets to enjoy their order. Note that we are only able to ship to ONE international address per order, so please place separate orders for each address.

Cancellations + Adjustments

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we’ll do our best to help! Email us at hello@popplyshop.com. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse, cause we’re working quickly to get it to your doorstep!

● Orders placed after 5:00p EST will process the following business day.

● We are not responsible for UPS shipping delays.

● We do not ship on weekends. 

● UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes – a valid street address is required.
